Tendai Musikavanhu

Tendai is a co-founder of One Stone Capital and Old Mutual Global Index Trackers (Pty) Limited. He holds the CFA Charter from the US based CFA institute and a BCOMPT (Accounting Science degree from UNISA). He has 13 years experience in the asset management, investment and banking arena in the UK and South Africa.

He has worked for Old Mutual Asset Managers (UK), Robert Flemings (JP Morgan), BOE and Southern Life. Tendai serves as group chief executive officer for One Stone Capital as well as chief executive of Old Mutual Global Index Trackers, and is the chairman of UC As'investe.

Tendai is also a member of the One Stone Capital audit and remuneration committees and trustee for the Inhlakanipho Education and Development Trust.

Managing Director of Dibanisa Fund Managers
Craig Michael Chambers

Craig is a co-founder of One Stone Capital. He has 8 years executive management experience and is the managing director of omgxt's local fund management business - dibanisa fund managers. He is a CFA Charter holder and has a BCom degree with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration. He also sat the South African Futures Examinations.

Craig has been an asset manager for 13 years, with 5 years at SCMB Asset Management as a unit trust manager. He served as the Chief Investment Officer during the initial five years of Dibanisa Fund Managers and was appointed as One Stone Capital's Deputy Managing Director in 2006.

Craig is also a member of One Stone Capital audit and remuneration committees.

CEO of OMIGSA
Diane Radley

Diane has been OMSA's Finance Director since 2008, where she is recognised for streamlining OMSA's financial functions into an efficient and well-managed functional business entity. She is also a member of the OMSA Executive Committee and chairs OMSA's operations committee.

Prior to joining OMSA, Diane was the Chief Financial Officer at Altron where she was a trustee of the Altron Group Pension Fund and a member of the Altron Group Pension Fund Investment Committee. She started her career in 1988 as an auditor with PriceWaterhouse Coopers and spent 15 years there, and ending her time as Partner in Charge of Transaction Services. This role included assisting with the setting up of the Transaction Services Group in South Africa, focusing on private equity funds, investment banks, strategic buyers and other equity providers.

She holds BCom, BCompt, CA and MBA qualifications. Diane also served as a non-executive director and chairperson of the audit committee at Women Investment Portfolio Holdings Limited (Wiphold).

OMIGSA Chief Operating Officer
Peter Levett

Peter joined OMIGSA in October 2007 as the head of strategic projects and business development. He currently is the chief operating officer at OMIGSA.

Prior to joining OMIGSA, he was a Head of Corporate Finance at Old Mutual for nine years. Peter also worked at Goldman Sachs International in London for five years and at Deloitte for two years.

He has 18 years of work experience in the financial services industry.
